Your order is usually processed within the day (for orders to be shipped in the Philippines) and within 3 days (for other country) from the time they are placed, although sometimes it only takes a day. Please add at least 3 days on top of your order's ETA.

Parcels may take 2-3 days (Philippines) and 12-24 days (other country) at your shipping address. Some orders arrive faster. However, there are circumstances beyond our control (such as the weather, holidays, etc) that may cause delay in the shipping or delivery of your order.

We are unable to provide the exact delivery time for the orders you place, but we guarantee that you will receive a full refund for undelivered/missing items.
